These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the 12-Week Clinical Research Career Development Program ("Course") offered by Clinical Science Research Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Course Access & Enrollment

The Course fee is $2,697.00 and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You will receive access to course materials for the duration of the 12-week program.
Unauthorized sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment.
No refunds are offered once course access has been granted.
Payment plans, if available, must be completed as agreed.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, templates, and presentations, are owned by Clinical Science Research Solutions, LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell course content without prior written consent.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

Engage professionally and respectfully in course discussions.
Not use course materials for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
Not share login credentials or grant access to unauthorized individuals.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide this Course for educational purposes only and do not guarantee job placement. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the course content.

6. Course Modifications & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Course without prior notice.

7. Governing Law
